I am a board-certified internal medicine, cardiology and critical care specialist with more than 20 years of experience in internal medicine, critical care and emergency medicine. Currently, I am working as a consultant at the Department of Cardiology at the Clinic Floridsdorf, a teaching hospital in Vienna. Prior to this position, I worked as a Professor of Emergency Medicine at the Medical University of Vienna.
In addition to my specialisation, I completed a research fellowship and a postgraduate Master's program at the University of Pittsburgh Medical School, PA, USA.
I am the author or co-author of more than 50 publications in international peer-reviewed journals.
